Prayer Meeting by Zoom: This week the prayer meeting will in the groups, Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
In-person Gathering of the Children: We are planning to resume in-person Lord’s day morning children’s meeting in the near future. Children’s meeting will include children between the ages of approximately 12 months and upcoming 5th grade for the 2021–2022 school year. In planning for this, we ask that the saints with children within this age range, who plan to send their children to in-person children’s meeting, please complete the ‘2021 Lord’s day Children’s Meeting Registration’ form. This form also includes a section for parents who would like to serve with the children. If you do not have children in that age group but are interested in serving with the children, please complete the ‘2021 Lord’s day Children’s Meeting Service Registration’ form. Both of these forms can be found on churchinirving.org website, in the Service Office – Registration & Sign-up section. Completing these forms as soon as you are able will allow us to coordinate care for your children.

Family Bible Camp: It will be held in person at the meeting hall for families with children in the kindergarten through 5th grade on the Saturday of June 26th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. High School Seniors Conference: The 2021 Seniors Conferences will be held in local clusters, including one for the churches in the Metroplex, on June 25th and 26th. The Senior’s Conference is for high school students entering or just graduating from their senior year. The registration deadline is Lord’s Day, June 20th. Serving ones must register by June 16th. The cost is free. There will be a form on the church in Irving’s website to register.
Semiannual Video Training: It will be held in its entirety online. The last day to register will be June 20th. To register click on the Registration tab and fill in the information requested and then send a donation to church in Irving electronically for $125/person, or register and make the donation at the service office Lord’s day evenings.

Summer School of Truth (SSOT) – The Metroplex SSOT will begin the morning of Thursday, July 29th and will end the evening of Tuesday, August 3rd. Young people who are entering grades 7th through 12th are encouraged to participate. Those who just graduated high school are also strongly encouraged to participate. This year the SSOT will be carried out in a hybrid format with some of the times held at the meeting hall of the church in Irving and other “cluster” times in each of the localities around the Metroplex. There will also be a virtual option for those who chose to participate in that manner. Parents are strongly encouraged to register as serving ones. An application form can be found on www.MetroplexYP.org and must be submitted by Lord’s Day, June 27th. The cost for the SSOT for this year is $75 per participant ($85 if after deadline). There may be additional costs for meals and/or activities determined by each locality.

Solamente se puede entrar por las puerta principales del lado de Estres Rd.
No habrá cuidado de niños ni tampoco un área para ellos. Todos los niños deben estar con sus padres en todo momento.
Solamente se puede usar el local principal de arriba. No se permite a nadie estar en planta baja.
Las sillas han sido separadas de entre 40 a 48 pulgadas, pero las familias pueden acercar las sillas si quieren sentarse juntos, los ujieres también pueden ayudar.
Pueden elegir usar mascarilla o no, la iglesia no los exige, pero habrá mascarillas disponibles en la oficina de servicio para el que lo pida.
Habrá alcohol en gel para las manos en varios puntos del local.
Recomendamos a los santos no estrechar manos ni abrazarse por ahora.
Los ujieres tendrán cuidado al pasar los elementos para eliminar cualquier contacto cruzado. Sigan las recomendaciones de los ujieres.
Después de la mesa habrá un tiempo de familia, por favor sigan las instrucciones de los ujieres para que haya un buen audio y video para aquellos que estarán participando por Zoom.
La traduccion sera via Zoom, no habrá más radios asi que cada uno traiga su propio teléfono y audífonos.
Recuerde cuidar por el sentir de otros miembros de acuerdo a Romanos 14.
Para conectarse al Zoom los datos son los mismos que cuando hacemos reuniones corporativas, y al entrar estarán automaticamente con sus micrófonos en silencio.
Habrá dos pantallas grandes para que podamos ver a los que participan remotamente, asique les recomendamos que prendan las cámaras para que se los pueda ver en el local.
Cuando tengamos el tiempo de compartir en familia, los que estén usando Zoom por favor de usar la opción de “levantar la mano” para que se le dé lugar a compartir.
