The following announcements are for week 07-11-2021 to 07-18-2021

Ministry Reading:

  • Holy Word for Morning Revival: Week 1 of Knowing the Truth, Being Absolute for the Truth, and Proclaiming the Truth in the Present Evil Age
  • Next Morning Revival: Is available for purchase at Booksales after the meeting

Local Meetings:

  • Prayer Meeting by Zoom: This week the prayer meeting will be in the groups, Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
  • In-person Gathering of the Children: We are planning to resume in-person Lord’s day morning children’s meeting in the near future. Children’s meeting will include children between the ages of approximately 12 months and upcoming 5th grade for the 2021–2022 school year. In planning for this, we ask that the saints with children within this age range, who plan to send their children to in-person children’s meeting, please complete the ‘2021 Lord’s day Children’s Meeting Registration’ form. This form also includes a section for parents who would like to serve with the children. If you do not have children in that age group but are interested in serving with the children, please complete the ‘2021 Lord’s day Children’s Meeting Service Registration’ form. Both of these forms can be found on churchinirving.org website, in the Service Office – Registration & Sign-up section. Completing these forms as soon as you are able will allow us to coordinate care for your children.
  • Next Lord’s Day Meetings:
    • Corporate meeting for the Lord’s table in person at the hall followed by prophesying meeting from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, also Zoom will be provided
    • Gospel prayer meeting from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM by Zoom
    • Video training of message 12 which is open to everyone from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM by Zoom

Conferences & Trainings:

  • Semiannual Video Training: It will be held in its entirety by Zoom meetings.
    • The schedule will be as follows:

      • Message 9: Thu. July 15 at 7:00 PM

  • Summer School of Truth (SSOT) – The Metroplex SSOT will begin the morning of Thursday, July 29th and will end the evening of Tuesday, August 3rd. Young people who are entering grades 7th through 12th are encouraged to participate. Those who just graduated high school are also strongly encouraged to participate. This year the SSOT will be carried out in a hybrid format with some of the times held at the meeting hall of the church in Irving and other “cluster” times in each of the localities around the Metroplex. There will also be a virtual option for those who chose to participate in that manner. For any more details contact Mauricio Ortiz or Tim Hutchinson.

Special Announcements:

  • Electronic Offerings: There are a few ways to give offerings electronically:
    • Zelle: in your bank’s website account go to payments & transfers, select Zelle and just type the church’s offering service email, ciiofferings@gmail.com then write the amount and it will be immediately deposited without any charge or fee.
    • Paypal: download the app and enter the church’s offering service email, ciiofferings@gmail.com, choose the payment type, and send without fees, a 3% fee will be applied if using a credit card.
    • Venmo: download the app and enter the church’s offering service email, ciiofferings@gmail.com, choose the payment type, and send without fees, a 3% fee will be applied if using a credit card.
  • Offerings to Persons: The church in Irving will only distribute to designated saints cash offering, but if the offering is a check or electronic deposit as per the IRS the church cannot be used as means of delivery. Such designated check or electronic deposit to a specific person by name violates IRS rules and said check or electronic deposit will be returned to the donor.
